What the....chicken Poxs.....and Eliza's b-day

I am so confused...I guess Mason had chicken pox's once again. They showed up on Sunday he only had 10 I hope it's enough this time to make him immune...grrr I hate this winter!!! Please note the underwear inside out and on backwards in the 1st picture.

a bit of an update...

Here are a few pictures of Eliza's room, I decided since she is a big girl now I would sorta decorate it. My Aunt Made the bedding and the curtain. I absolutely love it! For her b-day I painted some old shelves I had in storage and did her name on the shelf...I think it turned out pretty cute...

Eliza's one year old pictures

My sister in law Erin took pic's of Eliza over the weekend. She was being so cute and funny the whole time. I stole these off of Erin's blog until I get a disk from her..... Doesn't she look adorable?!

I know I know........

I AM A SLACKER!! Well that's what happens when a whole month passes in a blink of an eye. It's kind of weird because each day the kids were sick I thought the day would never end but now it seems like the last month has flown by. Eliza is doing much better! Still working on getting 2 new teeth and is starting to get a cold. (yeah just what I want more sickness!) Mason is getting better and will finally be going back to school tomorrow. Poor kid hasn't been since the first week of December...
Mason and I went to Salt Lake last week for Mason's RN exam. We got to leave the kids at home it was a great time. It's the first time we have ever left the kids. I think it might be something we do more often! It was great!! Mason found out he passed the test so now he is officially an RN!! Yeah, i am so proud of him! He will be starting work here in the next few days. Life has been crazy the last couple of weeks and I'll be glad when things will slow down for awhile! Hope everyone is doing well....

This last week...

Last Friday we took Eliza to the Doctor's because she had a cough (let me tell you it wasn't even a cough to worry about). She maybe coughed 5-6 times a day. BUT because cousin's have had whooping cough we decided to get her tested for it. When I got the the Doctor's she didn't even want to test her because she said she had no signs of whooping cough....she almost talked me out of getting her tested. Mason looked at me and said, "Where here let's get her tested." So to make the long story short Eliza has whooping cough. Luckily we caught it VERY early and so she has been doing pretty well. Mason came down with the same cough yesterday so we are treating him as well.This week has been one of the longest of my life probably because Eliza is not sleeping at night at all!
On a happier note....Eliza decided to get 4 teeth, learn to climb stairs and walk! She is so fun to watch!! So check out the video below!

Christmas Day

Eliza didn't quite know what to think about the whole thing...we told her for so long not to touch the presents under the tree, I think she was a little confused!
